Abstract

Freedom of association is a human self-realization, through the organization of workers, workers realize himself as a human being and at the same time build a
more human life and the environment, through the work of man became man, by man finds his own work as an independent human being. Appreciation and assurance of workers to freedom of association is one of the principles of fairness in employment law, in this case justice demands that all workers are treated in
accordance with their own right, both as workers and as human beings, should not be harmed and must be treated equally without discrimination irrational.
