Benang Emas Flobamorata: Sinergi Quintuple Helix Mengangkat Tenun Ikat NTT sebagai Penggerak Produksi, Ekonomi dan Bisnis Kreatif

Abstrak
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis sinergi antaraktor dalam kerangka Quintuple Helix—pemerintah, bisnis, akademisi, komunitas/media, dan lingkungan—dalam pemberitaan mengenai tenun ikat Nusa Tenggara Timur (NTT) sebagai penggerak produksi, ekonomi, dan bisnis kreatif. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah analisis isi kuantitatif terhadap 50 berita daring dari berbagai media lokal dan nasional yang terbit antara Januari 2021 hingga September 2025. Data dikodekan secara biner (1 = ada peran, 0 = tidak ada peran) untuk mengukur visibilitas setiap unsur helix. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa helix pemerintah (96 %), komunitas (94 %), dan bisnis (90 %) mendominasi pemberitaan, sementara akademisi (54 %) dan lingkungan (24 %) masih kurang terlibat. Pola kolaborasi yang terbentuk cenderung top-down dan bersifat seremonial, belum sepenuhnya berorientasi pada inovasi berkelanjutan. Temuan ini menegaskan perlunya penguatan peran akademisi dan lingkungan melalui riset-desain terapan, inovasi hijau, dan digitalisasi pemasaran. Penelitian ini berkontribusi pada pengayaan literatur tentang penerapan model Quintuple Helix dalam konteks ekonomi kreatif berbasis budaya di Indonesia serta menawarkan pendekatan metodologis baru melalui pemetaan visibilitas aktor berbasis media sebagai dasar rekomendasi kebijakan berbasis bukti.

Abstract
This study aims to analyze the synergy among actors within the Quintuple Helix framework—government, business, academia, community/media, and the environment—in news coverage of tenun ikat (traditional woven fabric) from East Nusa Tenggara (NTT), Indonesia, as a driver of production, economy, and creative business. A quantitative content analysis was conducted on 50 online news articles published between January 2021 and September 2025 by local and national media outlets. Data were coded using a binary scale (1 = presence of role; 0 = absence of role) to measure the visibility of each helix element. The findings reveal that government (96 %), community (94 %), and business (90 %) actors dominate the coverage, while academia (54 %) and the environment (24 %) remain underrepresented. The collaboration pattern tends to be top-down and ceremonial rather than innovation-oriented. These results highlight the need to strengthen the roles of academia and environmental actors through applied research, green innovation, and digital marketing integration. This study contributes to the growing literature on the Quintuple Helix innovation model in culture-based creative economies and introduces a novel methodological approach—media-based visibility mapping—to inform evidence-based regional creative economy policy.
