Abstrak
Pelayanan Administrasi Terpadu Kelurahan (PATEK) di Kantor Kelurahan Pasirkareumbi Kabupaten Subang adalah derivasi kebijakan pemerintah mengenai Pelayanan Administrasi Terpadu Kecamatan (PATEN) yang merupakan upaya pemerintah dalam memberikan pelayanan Lebih baik terhadap masyarakat. Konsep Agile Goverment yang dituangkan dalam PATEK diharapkan dapat memberikan peningkatan pelayanan terhadap masyarakat. Namun dalam pelaksanaanya dirasa belum optimal. Oleh karena itu penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat bagaimana implementasi konsep agile goverment melalui Pelayanan Administrasi Terpadu Kelurahan untuk meningkatlkan Public Service di Kantor Kelurahan Pasirkareumbi. Meode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan empiris. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Pemerintah Kelurahan Pasirkareumbi melalui Pelayanan Administrasi Terpadu Kelurahan (PATEK) belum sepenuhnya melaksanakan Konsep Agile Governace terutama pada prinsi Prinsip Systematic and Adaptive approach dimana Pelayanan Administrasi Terpadu Kelurahan Pasirkareumbi belum dapat melaksanakan pelayanan secara online karena masih terbatasnya Fasilitas dan Sumber Daya Manusia.

Abstract
Pelayanan Administrasi Terpadu Kelurahan (PATEK) at the Pasirkareumbi Subdistrict Office, Subang Regency is a derivation of government policy regarding Pelayanan Administrasi Terpadu Kecamatan (PATEN) which is the government's effort to provide better services to the community. The concept of Agile Government as outlined in PATEK is expected to provide improved services to the community. However, in practice it is not optimal. Therefore, this research aims to see how the agile government concept is implemented through Integrated Village Administration Services to improve Public Services at the Pasirkareumbi Village Office. The research method used is descriptive qualitative research with an empirical approach. The results of the research show that the Pasirkareumbi Subdistrict Government through Pelayanan Administrasi Terpadu Kelurahan (PATEK) has not fully implemented the Agile Governance Concept, especially on the principles of the Systematic and Adaptive approach, where the Pasirkareumbi Subdistrict Integrated Administrative Services has not been able to carry out online services due to limited facilities and human resources
