Abstract

The author conducted this research with the aim of finding out the communication strategies used by the Department of Cooperatives, MSMEs, Industry and Trade in the MSME Sector of Subang Regency in developing micro, small and medium enterprises (UMKM). This research and writing discusses how the Department of Cooperatives, UMKM, Industry and Trade in the Subang Regency MSME Sector carries out development of micro, small and medium enterprises (UMKM). In this research, the author uses descriptive analysis methods to obtain and convey facts clearly and thoroughly. Such as processing interviews, field notes, drawings, photos, and so on. The research method is observation in the field and the data is analyzed in a non-statistical way, although it does not always have to use numbers. The results of this research show that the strategies used in the Cooperative Service UMKM, Trade and Industry (DKUPP) in the District UMKM sector Subang can be concluded that it has a Strengthening Strategy, Strategy Empowerment and Protection Strategies.
