KREDIBILITAS PEMIMPIN NOTARIS HUKUM PADA KARYAWAN

Studi Deskriptif Kuantitatif pada Karyawan Notaris Hukum Joice Hapsari Fendrini, S.H, M.Kn, M.H.

Abstract

Indonesia is one of the countries with the largest number of legal notaries in the world, but in reality there are still many legal notaries in Indonesia who violate the code of ethics according to the Ministry of Law and Human Rights (Kemenkumham) Yasonna H Laoly. One of the legal notaries in Subang Regency whose activities have been around for quite a long time is legal notary Joice Hapsari Fendrini.S.H., M.Kn, M.H. Therefore, this research aims to determine the level of credibility of legal notary leader Joice Hapsari Fendrini.S.H., M.Kn, M.H among employees.

This research uses a quantitative descriptive approach using a saturated sampling technique or census, namely a technique that determines all members of the population used as samples in the research. The respondents in this research are all employees of legal notary Joice Hapsari Fendrini.S.H., M.Kn, M.H, totaling 32 person. This research uses source credibility theory in which there are indicators of trustworthiness, expertise and attractiveness.

The results of the research show that the level of credibility of legal notary Joice Hapsari Fendrini.S.H., M.Kn, M.H among employees is high, especially the skill indicator with a percentage of 79% which is the strongest in the experienced aspect, attractiveness with a percentage of 78% which is the strongest in the aspect equality, and trustworthiness with a percentage of 72% which is the strongest in the aspect of having personal integrity.
