Individuals with disabilities, inclusively referred to as disabled, need digital communication facilities. Facilities that can offer opportunities for better connections, education, and employment. Digital communication management includes the exchange of information through electronic devices, email, text messages, video conferencing, social media, and special applications. Digital communication management since it is designed, used, and maintained must consider accessibility, so that it can be used by individuals with various disabilities, including visual, hearing, cognitive, and physical impairments. This study aims to determine the obstacles, challenges, and efforts that can be made to implement digital communication management for the disabled in a targeted and appropriate manner. This study is descriptive and uses a literature review method. The results of the study reveal that there have been many initiatives and innovations to help access digital communication for the disabled, including the government's commitment in the 2025-2029 RPJMN to encourage more inclusive digital communication. Therefore, collaboration between all stakeholders in empowering access to digital communication for the disabled. Starting from building awareness, developing inclusive communication technology, and further facilitating the digital communication needs of people with disabilities in a sustainable manner.
