Optimalisasi Efisiensi Operasional dalam Bisnis: Studi Literatur Tentang Praktik Terbaik

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi praktik terbaik dalam efisiensi operasional dan dampaknya terhadap kinerja bisnis. Melalui tinjauan literatur mendalam, kami mengidentifikasi konsep-konsep utama seperti pengelolaan rantai pasokan, teknologi informasi, manajemen proses bisnis, dan pengembangan sumber daya manusia sebagai elemen kunci dalam optimalisasi efisiensi operasional. Kami mengintegrasikan teori Lean Production, manajemen sumber daya, dan pendekatan otomasi untuk membentuk kerangka konseptual yang kokoh. Temuan utama menyoroti pentingnya implementasi praktik terbaik, termasuk Lean SCM, sistem ERP, dan pendekatan manajemen proses bisnis, dalam mencapai efisiensi operasional yang optimal. Implikasi teoritis dan praktis dari temuan ini membuka pintu bagi penelitian dan pengembangan lebih lanjut dalam bidang efisiensi operasional. Studi ini memberikan kontribusi terhadap pemahaman praktis dan teoretis tentang bagaimana organisasi dapat meningkatkan kinerja operasional mereka di era bisnis yang terus berubah.
