The Cijengkol River Basin is one of the watersheds located in Subang Regency. The existence of this river that flows through the watershed during the rainy season has a large runoff discharge, resulting in severe impacts for residents living along the downstream banks of the river. By observing water resources and collecting data on rainfall with data collection over a period of two decades from 2001 to 2020. The results show that the data obtained obtained the largest flow discharge value reaching 257.85 m3/second in 2015 and the lowest discharge was in 2010 at 59.17 m3/second. Where for the flow coefficient in 2015 obtained 0.48 and in this year the flow coefficient value was greater than other years, while in 2010 obtained 0.06 and in this year also the lowest C value compared to other years. Therefore, it can be explained that changes in land use can affect the value of river flow discharge.
