Implementation of the MBKM Program (Freedom Learns Independent Campus) activities carried out at the PUPR Office of Subang Regency. Development is one of the campus activities carried out by the Faculty of Engineering, University of Subang under the auspices of the Ministry of Education and Culture which offers several programs so that students apply more direct learning in the workplace with hard skills obtained from skills in the field of work, problem solving to analyzing problems in the world of work, as well as world of work management. Furthermore, in this project the author carries out work in the field supervision section. In the supervisory work there are several construction works, one of which is in the Retaining Wall Construction Project located in Panyingkiran Village, Sumurgintung Village, West Pagaden District, Subang Regency. The method used in this study is field study and practice. So that the results that are concluded in this MBKM activity students will be able to improve new skills and experiences that will later be applied in the world of work.
